Line mode compares entire lines and shows which lines were added, removed, or changed. Word mode breaks down the comparison to individual words, making it easier to spot specific word changes within a line. Character mode provides the most granular comparison, showing every single character change.

Yes, you can compare documents of any size. The tool efficiently handles large texts by using optimized comparison algorithms. For very large documents, line mode may provide better performance than character mode.

When 'Ignore Case' is enabled, the comparison treats uppercase and lowercase letters as the same. For example, 'Hello' and 'hello' would be considered identical. This is useful when case differences don't matter for your comparison.
